Installing Heavy Duty Tire Carrier P/N 27310G





    1.   USE U-BOLTS CLOSEST TO THE SIZE OF YOUR TRAILER FRAME OR TONGUE.
    2.   Hold tire carrier to trailer tongue or frame and place U-bolts as shown around frame through top hole and bottom slot on each side of tire bracket.  Loosely secure U-bolts with washers and nuts.
    3.   When you have determined the tire carrier is located properly, tighten all four nuts evenly.
    4.   Place 1/2" carriage bolts from the back through square holes on the tire mounting plate.  Top slot provide adjustment for 5-bolt rim with 4-1/2" bolt circle.
    5.   Use 3/4" box end wrench to place puch nuts over carriage head bolts to hold them in place.
    6.   Put tire over bolts and secure qith washer, lockwasher and nut. Will accept 12", 13", 14" and 15" tires.
