Installing Short Bunk Style
Boat Guide-On P/N 27660

    1.   Place u-bolts as shown above for either 2" wide or 3" wide trailer frame.
    2.   Use 1 flat u-bolt and 1 formed u-bolt with washers to loosely attach each u-shaped bracket under or on top of trailer frame at desired locations.
    3.   Insert the short leg of a guide-on upright post into each of the u-brackets to the desired width.  Do not fully tighten bolts. (Make sure the upright posts are seated level in the u-brackets and the brackets are set the correct distance apart before completely tightening the u-bolts.)
    4.   Finish tightening the u-bolt connections.
    5.   Attach left and right bunk assemblies to upright posts with 3/8"-16 x 2-1/4" hex head bolts, washers and nuts.  Adjust angle of bunks as desired and tighten connections to hold in place.
    6.   Insert a black plactic cap at the top of each upright tube.
