Installing Roller Bunks
P/N 27700 (4Ft.) P/N 27710 (5 Ft.)

A.   Roller bunks may be mounted directly on top of flat (horizontal) wooden bunk boards or mounted directly to trailer cross members.

B.   Mounting with adjustable mounting brackets-P/N 10003GA - Requires (4)

    1.   If not already assembled, attach swivels to bolster brackets with 7/16"-14 x 1" bolts and locknuts.
    2.   Position and attach these (4) bracket assemblies to trailer cross members at desired width and height locations.
    3.   Place roller bunks over swivel bracket assemblies and adjust lengthwise to fit. Roller bunks have several universal mounting holes, but drilling additonal holes may be necessary to match your trailer's cross member locations.
    4.   Attach roller bunks to swivel bracket assemblies with 3/8"-16 x 1" hex head bolts.  Place washer next to bolt head before inserting through roller bunk channel.   Fasten with 3/8"-nylon locknuts.
    5.   Adjust roller bunks to angle of your boat and secure swivel bracket assemblies.
    6.   Adjust height again if necessary.




Capacity = 1,500 lbs. per pair of bunks (4 Ft. or 5 Ft.)  

Tools Required

You will need (2) 9/16" wrenches

Hardware required for mounting.

        4 - P/N 10003GA Adjustable Roller Mounting Brackets
        4 - 3/8"-16 x 1" Hex Head bolts with washers and nuts to attach Roller Bunk Mounting Brackets.
        8 - Bolts, washers and nuts to attach mounting brackets to trailer frame.
